ShopKampala (“we”) collects the personal data you provide when creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a seller: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and transaction history. Payment details (Mobile Money PIN, card numbers) are processed by our licensed payment provider and are never stored by us.

We use your data to process orders, arrange delivery, pay sellers, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send promotional messages. We share data only with parties needed to complete your order: the seller, the delivery provider, and the payment processor. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain data as long as your account is active or as required by Ugandan law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@shopkampala.com. We comply with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and its regulations.
